To open the menu, simply left-click on the IE7Pro icon. Many of these options are available only from this icon.

[edit] Sub Menu 1: Homepage

  • Opens the IE7Pro homepage in a new tab.

[edit] Sub Menu 2: Resize Window

  • Changes your IE window to 800x600, 1024x768, 1280x1024 or a user-defined size.

[edit] Sub Menu 3:Auto Scroll Current Tab

  • Scrolls down the page at varying speeds (Slow, Medium, Fast). Fast scrolls at roughly two lines of average-sized text per second.

[edit] Sub Menu 4: Refresh Current Tab

  • You can choose to refresh the tab at regular intervals automatically, from every 1 second and upwards. Default settings range from 5 seconds to 30 minutes.

[edit] Sub Menu 5: Save Page to Image

  • This saves the entire webpage (not just what is visible on screen) as a picture, with various formats available. The file's width is identical to the width of IE's viewing area (i.e. approximately 20 pixels narrower than the window).
  • 1 Open the web page you would like to save to images
  • 2 Click IE7pro button on IE status bar

  • 3 Click "Save Current Tab to Image..."

[edit] Sub Menu 5: View Page Info...

  • This allows you to view all the files that were downloaded as part of the current webpage, such as images and CSS, and save them to your computer. See View Page Info for more detailed information.

[edit] Sub Menu 6: Enable Ad Filter

  • This allows you to quickly change the status of the ad filter (for instance, if it is incorrectly blocking sections of a site that you do not want to add to the whitelist). It is a per-window setting and will affect all webpages opened or refreshed after it is changed, not just the current tab.

[edit] Sub Menu 7: Tab History

  • This contains a list of recently closed tabs. You can easily reopen them here, as well as pressing Ctrl-Shift-Z to open the most recently closed.

[edit] Sub Menu 8: Proxy Setting

[edit] Sub Menu 9: Preferences

  • This opens the Preference dialog, discussed at the top of this page.
